This guide explains how your earnings are credited, reviewed, and released to your selected payment method.


1. Payment Methods

We support several digital payout options to ensure global accessibility.
Workers can choose their preferred method during their withdrawal.
Accepted payout methods include:

All transactions are handled securely through our verified processors.


2. Earnings and Balance Updates

2.1. Once a task is reviewed and approved, the corresponding payment amount is added to your HappyMakers Wallet Balance.
2.2. You can view your total balance, pending tasks, and payment history in your Dashboard.
2.3. The platform will request a small account optimization reset fee (displayed before withdrawal) to cover maintenance and processing costs.


3. Withdrawal Process

3.1. To request a withdrawal, go to your Dashboard โ†’ Withdraw Earnings section and select your preferred payout method.
3.2. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, ensuring it meets the platformโ€™s minimum withdrawal limit.
3.3. Withdrawal requests are verified by our payment team before approval.
3.4. Approved withdrawals are processed within 24โ€“48 business hours during operational days (Mondayโ€“Friday).
3.5. You will receive a confirmation email or dashboard notification once your transaction is complete.


4. Security and Verification

4.1. For your safety, every withdrawal request is checked for account consistency and fraud prevention.
4.2. The platform will never ask for your wallet password or private keys.
4.3. Always ensure that your withdrawal address or payment details are accurate โ€” the platform is not responsible for transfers made to incorrect addresses provided by users.
4.4. Withdrawals are handled manually by our payment verification team to ensure accuracy and protect both clients and workers.


5. Processing Hours

  • Business Hours: Monday โ€“ Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+1)
  • Withdrawal Review Period: Up to 24โ€“48 business hours
  • Public Holidays: Requests submitted on holidays will be processed on the next working day.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. If you believe there is a delay or issue with your withdrawal, contact support@happymakers.work with your transaction reference and account details.
6.2. Our finance team will investigate and resolve verified cases promptly.
6.3. In the event of accidental system error, HappyMakers will restore affected funds to your balance.
