These Worker Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules, responsibilities, and payment policies that apply to all users (“Workers”) who register and perform micro tasks on the HappyMakers platform.
By creating an account and completing any task, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Worker Registration
1.1. All users must provide accurate and verifiable information during registration, including name, email, and wallet address.
1.2. Each user is allowed only one active account. Duplicate or shared accounts may be suspended or permanently banned.
1.3. Workers must be at least 18 years of age or have legal permission to participate in digital work within their jurisdiction.
2. Task Participation
2.1. Workers can select from available tasks such as email sourcing, lead generation, digital marketing, or custom projects.
2.2. Each task must be completed according to the instructions provided by the task creator or platform admin.
2.3. Submissions must be original, accurate, and verified. Use of automation, fake data, or copied results may result in rejection or account suspension.
2.4. Once a task is submitted, the client or platform administrator will review it within the designated timeframe.
3. Task Approval and Payments
3.1. Approved tasks are automatically credited to the worker’s account balance.
3.2. The platform may deduct a small service or transaction fee (up to 10%) per completed task to cover maintenance and system costs.
3.3. Rejected or incomplete tasks will not receive payment, but workers may resubmit when permitted.
3.4. HappyMakers reserves the right to review payments for quality control and fraud prevention before disbursement.
4. Withdrawals and Fund Security
4.1. Workers may request withdrawals once they meet the platform’s minimum withdrawal threshold.
4.2. All withdrawal requests must be verified and approved by the HappyMakers administration team to maintain fund security.
4.3. Withdrawals are processed during business hours only (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, GMT+1).
4.4. To ensure fair participation and account stability, users must complete all required optimization tasks before withdrawal approval.
4.5. User funds are fully protected. In the rare event of system-related loss, HappyMakers assumes full responsibility and will restore affected balances.
5. Account Optimization and Reset
5.1. Workers may perform 20 optimization tasks to maintain account eligibility and system ranking.
5.2. A one-time account optimization fee (USD 100) may apply when requesting advanced reset, recovery, or manual performance optimization.
5.3. Requests must be submitted through online support after completing the required optimization tasks.
5.4. Regular platform use and task participation remain free of charge.
6. Account Suspension or Termination
6.1. HappyMakers reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be engaging in:
- Fraudulent or misleading activity
- Unauthorized use of automation or scripts
- Violation of platform policies or task rules
- Sharing login credentials with others
6.2. Suspended users may appeal by contacting support@happymakers.work with verifiable details.
7. Worker Responsibilities
7.1. Workers must maintain professionalism and accuracy in all tasks.
7.2. Personal information, emails, and data collected from tasks must be handled responsibly and never misused or shared.
7.3. Workers are responsible for ensuring their wallet addresses and payment information are correct prior to withdrawals.
8. Platform Rights and Modifications
8.1. HappyMakers may update task categories, fees, and payout structures to improve platform efficiency.
8.2. Any policy updates or fee changes will be communicated through the website or official email notice.
8.3. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes agreement with the revised terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. HappyMakers is not liable for indirect losses arising from user negligence, third-party service downtime, or network failure.
9.2. However, verified balance losses caused by system malfunction will be compensated accordingly.
